Cuisine for Kitchen Table which opened to raving reviews and voted Top Restaurant in Henderson 2015, only having been open for
less than 3 weeks. His passion for philanthropy has resulted in several collaborations with celebrity Chef Scott Commings,

He presently also is the Founder|Owner of Décor & More Painting and Drywall proudly serving Henderson. As a LEED Accredited Professional and Certified Master Faux Finisher, Steven has proudly been a licensed contractor for 22 Years working hands on in all phases. This experience led him to the role as Liaison Officer for Paramount Construction with clients such as MGM, Algiere Hospitality and Tishman Construction on the City Center Mandarin Residences. Steven currently, also serves as a Managing member at William James Development, a General Contracting, Millwork, Design Build and Engineering firm.

Growing up in the country side living of rural Wisconsin, Scott’s connection to food started early while on the family farm.
Surrounded by local farms and bounty of ingredients it is to no avail that this would set a standard for future projects and movement throughout his career.
Filling in for a dishwasher, that his sister was a server at, his working days started at the ripe age of 13. Balancing work, school and sports, his responsibilities and learning continued on to college and off to Culinary School and finishing with a Hospitality Management Degree from Purdue University in Indiana.
Success followed with multiple Chef Jobs and continued training until a phone call came to become a contestant on Fox Hell’s Kitchen series. Scott outlasted the competition and was awarded winner with a Head Chef position at Gordon Ramsay’s Pub & Grill at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas.
With multiple areas of experience in the restaurant industry Scott has teamed up with Local Star and Restauranteur Antonio Nunez in a Chef Collaborative, Established Culinary Management. With multiple projects nationwide the two Chefs continue to gain momentum and poise in the ever competitive restaurant environment.
